Do you provide International delivery?

When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. However, please note that during holidays and sales periods, bank holiday and weekends, this may take longer.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
We hope that your order arrives as expected but if there is a problem then please contact our customer services team on HyperTygerShop@gmail.com and they will endeavour to rectify any issues.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link, you can use this to track your order. Please note there may be a small delay between the email and the tracking link updating.
When will I get my order?
This will depend on where your order is being delivered to, please refer to our Delivery content for estimated shipping times.
What is your returns policy?

All order is full tracked shipping from Bangkok, Thailand. The shipping cost depend on the weight of each order. It will be declared at the checkout page.
Zone Delivery
USA 5 – 10 working days
Asia 5 – 10 working days
New Zealand, Australia 7 – 14 working days
UK 14 – 21 working days
Europe 14 – 21 working days
Rest of the world Up to 21 working days
However this can be extended to 30 working days due to customs. If your order does not arrive in 30 days please contact us.
We will always endeavor to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of US$20 for any change to the order details post-purchase.
If the order is returned to Hyper Tyger HQ because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If there is no response then Hyper Tyger will return the item to stock and issue a refund less an administration fee of US$20.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Hyper Tyger Apparel. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Hyper Tyger Apparel cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund.
